The vessel Spasatel Zaborshchikov has sailed to the Ladoga Lake for trials. This is the third vessel of multi-function rescue ships (4 MW) of Type MPSV07 being built by Nevsky Shipyard for Northwestern Shipping Company. The designer was the St. Petersburg Marine Engineering Bureau. Class notation: КМ Arc 5 1 AUT1-ICS OMBO FF3WS DYNPOS-2 EPP Salvage ship (classified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping).
Rechflot became a winner of the state tender for detail design improvement for research vessel of Type 3292 for Lake Baikal ecological monitoring. The ship was classed as М3.0 (ice 20) А, which means "lake, capable of moving in ice 30 cm thick and at wave height 2.0 m, automatic".  Type 3292 is a steel vessel with one-level superstructure, wheelhouse, forward cargo space, aft engine room and aft operating platform.

Nakhimov Company has signed a contract for construction of another hybrid motor yacht at Admiral Shipyard. This 40 m vessel of Type Impero has an aluminum hull. The vessel will be built in the new slipways of shipyard in Carrara, Italy. The yacht is equipped with advanced Siemens hybrid plant allowing movement at the speed of 10 knots with fuel consumption of only 60 liters per hour and double transatlantic endurance. The vessel attains a top speed of 20 knots which is ideal for voyages in the Mediterranean Sea.

The Black Sea Fleet of Russia is to receive four diving boats of Type 23040 till the end of year 2013. The boats will be equipped with unmanned self-contained underwater vehicles to be able to work at depths up to 60 meters. Nowadays the boats are on the state trials at Novorossiysk Naval Base. The boats of Type 23040 ships are being built by ZNT Yard. The Director General of ZNT Yard Sergei Konovalov announced earlier that during the next 3 years all the boats would be handed over to the customer. As per the actual plans these four diving boats will join the Black Sea Fleet and they will be stationed at Novorossiysk. Another three boats will join the Caspian fleet and nine boats will join the Black Sea Fleet.

The copy of Peter the Great's battleship Goto Predestinatsiya is being built in the Voronezh Reservoir. The vessel has been built since June 2001. In August the process entered the final stage, namely the assembly of upper wood part (manufactured by Petrozavodsk shipbuilders) afloat on the metal hull (manufactured by Pavlovsk shipyard). According to the Chairman of the Voronezh Region Government Aleksey Besprozvannykh, all the works on the future museum ship are performed without delay. The installation of masts is to begin in the middle of December. The interior finishing and berth equipment installation are to begin in the beginning of the year 2014. 

Sevmash has handed over the ocean megayacht to the customer. The yacht sailed to Italy where the interior finishing is to be conducted. The yacht was launched from Sevmash staples in September this year and then successfully passed the trials. For the Russian company producing complicated science-intensive products, nuclear submarines, it is the first experience in constructing the vessel of such a class. According to the specialists this megayacht built by Sevmash initiated the creation of a new class of luxury ships in Russia.

The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has prepared the decree project of the President of the Russian Federation "On the formation of shipbuilding industrial cluster in the Far East" It is said that in the Far East there being created the ROSN consortium (+0.17 per cent) combining Rosneft and Gazprombank in the form of Modern Shipbuilding Technology Company. The scope of 75 per cent excluding two shares of the Far East Southern Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Centre will be handed over to Modern Shipbuilding Technology Company. The United Shipbuilding Corporation will receive 25 per cent and one share of the Far East Southern Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Centre.

One more tugboat of Type 16609, construction program 2014, was launched by Pella Leningrad Shipyard. Next year the tugboat will be delivered to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Port where it will be brought into operation as part of the Pacific Fleet of Russia.

Two buoyage vessels of Type 3050 were launched on the 5th of December at Moscow Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Yard Vessels serial No. 219 and 220 are being built under the State Contract for the vessel construction within the programme "Service Fleet Renovation" for Severodvinsk Waterways Authority, Kotlas. Buoyage vessels are intended for maintaining the floating and coastal navigation signs as well as for controlling the fairway depth of all the Russian rivers.

Unmanned rescue boat for EMERCOM was designed in Belarus. The boat is the joint development of specialists from Russia, Belarus and China. This boat without crew will be able to patrol and examine water basins. It features the integrated camera designed to transfer information ashore.  The boat can sail for five days at the speed up to 100 km/h. Soon the prototype model of the boat will be used in Sochi. Nowadays only two countries have such boats. They are Israel and the US.
