It is joint development of group of heavy and special mechanical engineering of KOGSBERG and Yara - the supplier of mineral fertilizers. The vessel will bear a name of the founder of Yara company Christian Birkeland.

The Onega SSZ will construct the dredge for Rosmoport on projects of Damen

The Damen company sighned a contract with Onega ship-building and ship-repair plant for construction of the TSHD 2000 dredge. The dredging vessel will become the sixth, constructed on projects of the Danish company.

Creation of the uniform ship-building center Baltic Shipyard for vessel construction and the ships with the atomic power station, production of mechanical engineering for surface ships and submarines through the state defensive order will become result of reorganization that will allow to increase efficiency of the joint enterprise as uniform property industrial complex, to create conditions for his development, including the program of modernization of his equipment, structure of management, to increase the market value of the joint enterprise, to reduce risks of non-productive losses.

Atomenergomash sent the second RITM-200 reactor for the new Siberia ice breaker

The mass of a product was 147,5 tons, height – 7,3 meters, diameter – 3,3 m.
