Nevsky Shipyard has laid the keel of the 7th dry-cargo vessel “Neva-Lider 7”, project RSD49 with dead weight 7,150 tons. The Customer is “North-Western Shipping Company” JSC, the project of “Volgo-Don Max” class has been designed by Marine Engineering Bureau. The maximum dead weight at sea is 7,150 tons with draft 4.70 m.
At Zelenodolsk Plant Named after A.M. Gorky the keel of the 4th in the series of small-size missile ships of 21,631 project designed by Zelenodolsk Design Bureau for the Russian Navy has been laid.
Head diesel-electric submarine of project 636 in the first version has been launched at “Admiralty Shipyard”. It is the first of six submarines built within the frames of Rosoboronexport’s contract for the foreign customer.
Frigate “Tarkash” of project 11,356 built for the Indian Navy at Shipyard “Yantar” in Kaliningrad has completed state trial tests.
Ship-towing tug “Muromets” of ice-resistant class, project TG04М built at the enterprise by the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” has been launched at ZNT Yard.
The detail design is developed by Marine Engineering Bureau for class РРР: “О” 2.0 (Ice 30) А, detail design documentation is prepared by “ZNT Engineering”.

For qualitative updating of the document FSUE “Rosmorport” suggests considering the strategy project and sending comments and offers by e-mail before September 15th, 2012.

According to the base scenario the volume of transshipment via Russian harbours will have increased by 84 % up to 985 mln. tons per year by 2030. But expert evaluation is higher, in the document 1.29 bln. tons are indicated.

Length – 74.1 m, width – 11 m, draft – 2.6 m, displacement – 949 tons, speed–25 knots. Purpose of small-size missile ship is guarding and protection of the economic zone of the state.
The project is developed by “Zelenodolsk Design Bureau” JSC, and assigned with code “Buyan-M”. Displacement – 949 tons. It is equipped with vertical launcher of 3Р-14УКСК complex for 8 antiship missiles “Kalibr” or “Oniks”. The hull is made by “stealth technology” that reduces radar visibility.
Nuclear-powered missile cruisers “Admiral Ushakov” and “Admiral Lazarev” shall be recycled. “Their repair will be more expensive than building of new ships”, reported the Head of the State Defense Order Department of the United Shipbuilding Corporation Anatoly Shlemov, noting that cruiser “Ushakov” is 31 year-old vessel already.
