The Russian Ministry of Transport has published a draft of the order of the Ministry “On Approval of Navigation Regulations on Inland Waterways of the Russian Federation”. This draft is agreed with Rostransnadzor and Rosmorrechflot.
The Ministry of Transport is assigned to supervise vessel survey process for the use of anti-fouling systems complying with international standards. Rosmorrechflot will organize activities to inspect vessels for compliance with the Convention as was reported by the press relations service of the Russian Federation government.

Samus shipyard launched first two buoyage motor ships of 3050 project, which will serve the waterways of Khabarovsk. In accordance with administration plans, the shipyard is going to build six more motor ships this year.

Baltic Shipyard was the only company to fight for an order worth 930 mln. euros. The tender was set by Rosatomflot to select a manufacturer for new type LK-60 nuclear icebreaker with capacity of 60 MW. The nuclear icebreaker main particulars: 173 m long and 34 m wide with 33,540 tons of draft. The ship will be able to pass through ice thickness up to 2.8 m at speed of 1.5-2.0 knots.

The Russian Ministry of Transport has approved the administrative regulations of Rosmorrechflot for government services to issue conclusions on inextricable connections of seaport infrastructure objects relating to immovable property, and support service process at the sea port.

“Krasnoe Sormovo” shipyard launched the seventh tanker VF Tanker – 7 of project RST27 with sea/river deadweight about 7,022/5,420 tons. The Class of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping is KM Ice 1 R2 AUT1-ICS OMBO VCS ECO-S Oil tanker (ESP).

The Arbitration Court of Nizhny Novgorod region defeated JSC “Admiralteyskie Verfi”’s claim to CDB “Lazurit”. Claimers demanded for cancellation of the contract for the design of deep diving complex and would like to recover 222.68 mln. RUR from “Lazurit”.

Yaroslavl shipyard has passed the fourth sea diving vessel of project SDS08 “Rybinsk” with class Ice 2. The customer is FSUE “Baltic Basin Emergency Administration”. RS Class: KM (*) Ice 2 R2 AUT3-C OMBO SDS <100.

The keel laying ceremony of non-nuclear submarine of 636 project “Stary Oskol” was held at JSC “Admiralteiskie Verfi”. Operational depth of submersion – over 200 m, limit depth of submersion – 300 m, cruising capacity – 45 days, and full displacement – 3,950 tons.
