First Hackathon at SMM
The maritime market is facing a tremendous shift in technology as well as business models. Marine 4.0 offers a great deal of potential, but concrete examples are still missing.
The first Hackathon at SMM "Hands on Marine 4.0" organised by Bosch Rexroth in cooperation with VDMA and Hamburg Messe on 7 September will focus on new ideas and solutions for connectivity. Here, talented young people from renowned universities and research institutions develop creative solutions for Marine 4.0.
Visit the first Maritime Research Forum
In the first Maritime Research Forum at SMM, the organiser German Maritime Center will bring together scientists, students and the maritime industry.
The recently established German Maritime Center (Deutsches Maritimes Zentrum) serves as the national platform of the German maritime industry. As a competence centre, it will occupy and develop future topics of the maritime sector.
Visit the Maritime Research Forum in Foyer East, Upper Floor and see what leading scientific institutions contribute to maritime research, development and innovation.
