Yevgeni Molodichenko reported degrees of readiness of the icebreakers at USC yards during the Shipbuilding in the Arctic Forum. The Vyborg Shipyard is planning to deliver two type IBSV01 icebreakers – Alexander Sannikov and Andrey Vilkitsky – by November 2018. The Baltic Shipyard is planning to deliver type 22220 ships Arktika,
Sibir and Ural to Rosatom by 2021.

Meanwhile, the National Interest introduced the rating of the world’s deadliest submarines. The list included three Russian submarines of the Yasen, Borey and Delfin
series. The magazine noted that only submarines which are already in operation or which are to be commissioned soon were assessed.

USC's civil shipbuilding department, during the international forum Shipbuilding in the Arctic taking place in Arkhangelsk.
