Electronic Fishing Log installation and technical support and user training and advising services are now provided by its developer, Federal Government-Financed Institution "Centre of Fishery Monitoring and Communications". This was reported by the press-office of the Federal Agency for Fishery.
Now two versions of the software package, "Ship" and "Shore Base" are available. "The first version is intended to record operations of large and medium fishery vessels. The second version is intended to record operations of companies involved in coastal fishing by fishing teams or with the use of small vessels or water craft" the statement said.
The "Shore Base" version enables keeping record of operation of several small craft and teams. The developer is planning to begin offering the installation, update, configuration of the Electronic Log and cryptographic protection, generating electronic digital signature, technical support, user consultation on reporting, and providing 1C and Jinn-Client licenses since 1 March 2018.
