Baltic Fleet's research vessel Admiral Vladimirsky called at the Mumbai Port (India) during the hydrographic voyage, according to the
Ministry of Defense.

During the first stage of the blue-sea mission, the vessel sounded more than 11,000 line kilometers and sailed more that 15,000 nautical miles. On the route from the Baltic Sea to the Indian Ocean, the crew have also performed 426 meteorological observations, more than 100 hydrologic surveys with the use of hydrologic stations, and approximately 1400 operational tests of GLONASS navigation system in order to amend nautical charts.
Earlier, in beginning of January, the vessel made a business call at the Limassol port (Cyprus).
