Under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), a new fishing vessel is being built at Pella Leningrad Shipyard, Otradnoye, the Leningrad region. The vessel was launched on 28 May 2014.
The highly-automated vessel of Type PL475 is designed for longline fishing by means of resource-saving methods and modern technologies of fish processing, as well as for storage and transportation of products. The vessel capacity will be up to 500 t a day. The vessel will catch cod, haddock, halibut, lancet fish, perch and other kinds of bottom fish.
