2nd officer/Ch.officer Good day!I am experienced 2nd officer, has done 8 contracts (navigational,security, medical),basically bulk carriers-with cranes and without(3 times PANAMAX),Dry cargo,Heavy-lift,multipurpose vessels,always mixed crews,foreign captains, English -Good,Greek and European companies.Good references. Maltese,Panamanian,Cayman Isle ,Cyprus(Ch.officer)license. Ch/officer without experience of the work.However if you have another vacancies(offshore,seismic, skientific)please offer me too ,please help to find work at earliest convenience.My american visa ended 29.11.2009,,but I think there is time and if company will want,on simplified variant I shall be able to get the new visa before boarding on ship.
