Sea endurance according to fuel capacity, oil and fresh water, as well as collecting waste oily water is 10 days.
Cruising range: about 2400 sea mile.

For placement the crew of 8 persons and 2 cadets it appoints 4 single-cabins with WC and shower and 3 double cabins with WC and shower.

As the basic hull construction material it is used shipbuilding steel PCD and PCB category with yield limit 235.

The hull of the vessel is set up as per transverse-system. Transverse spacing – 600 mm. On the board – 300 mm. Deep frame is located across two or three spacing (1200 and 1800 mm). Floors are located on the each spacing.

Calculated time of service of the vessel’s hull is 24 years.

Operation is possible in the sea areas which correspond the navigation area R1 and seaway with wave height 3% support 8,5 m:
- with distance from shelter place no more than 200 mile
- with the allowable distance between sheltered places no more than 400 mile.

Operating conditions:

All year round in freezing seas;
In brush broken ice of non arctic seas (regular independent navigation in brush broken ice with thickness 0,55 m speed 5 knots; navigation in the canal behind the icebreaker in solid ice with thickness 0,50 m speed 3 knots)

It’s possible to install 3 TEU containers on the cargo deck or cargo up to 23 ts.

The vessel modification has wide range such as:

- vessel for diving works (if installed pressure chamber on the cargo deck);
- vessel for rescue operations;
- vessel for liquidation oil spill accident;
- tug-breeder of anchor.

Reliable construction of the hull, including cargo deck area 80 m2 , provides excellent maneuverability and possibility to work in shallow water.

Two middle-speed diesel engines maximum continuous power 800 kW each provide traction pull on the hook at towing 20 ts and cruising speed without towing at least 10 knots.

Variable-pitch screw:

Two variable-pitch screws diameter 1,9 m in welded turning nozzles (with stabilizer) provide certification speed and maneuverability are installed in stern of the vessel.

Tto control each turning nozzles it used rotary electro hydraulic steering engine with torque 70 кНм each.

Bowthruster:

There is bowthruster type “screw in pipe” with variable-pitch screw with diameter of the screw 800 mm drive power 200 kW in the bow of the vessel.

Loading crane:

Loading hydraulic crane YZ-1200 (2S) maximum lifting capacity 27,5 ts is installed on the main deck on the left board.

It’s possible to load up to 23 ts of cargo on the open deck.

Winches:

For the towing operations there is an automatic hydraulic towing winch with rated bollard pull 200 kH on the main deck. There is combined mooring-anchor winch for the mooring operations. The rated bollard pull on cable winch drum is not less 40 kH.

Fire-protection system:

The vessels are equipped with special water and foam fire extinguishing systems for fire fighting on the platforms and other vessels. Two combined fire-fighting monitors with capacity 216 cubm/h and range not less 80 m are installed on the roof of rudder house. In order to protect the vessel from thermal impact from burning object it is presupposed water-screen system.
