The winches on this tug are wireless controlled towing winches. This
results in a safe manning certificate allowing harbor towage with a 2
men crew, hence giving the operators an edge in cost effectiveness.
The accommodation is built on rubber dampers to minimize vibrations
during sailing.
In addition to the above there have been extra modifications in 2001.
Two exhaust funnels have been installed to replace the exhausts at
water level, all according to modern day qhse policies. All of the
relevant documents are in place.
